AdventureMed offers wilderness medicine education programs for all levels of learners. Teaching wilderness medicine since 2005, AdventureMed programs were originally developed at the University of Utah School of Medicine. AdventureMed offers three main programs: Advanced Wilderness Life Support for medical professionals, Basic Wilderness Life Support for professional guides and Wilderness Life Support for introductory level learners.

We obtain information about you when you visit our website and sign up to receive email updates or purchase a course or online module.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect from you for communications is your name and email address. If you purchase a course, we will collect your name, email address, billing address, and payment information. When you purchase a course, your credit card information is not held by us; it is collected by our third party payment processor, Authorize.net.
How is your information used?
We may use your information to:
- Process a payment for an item you have purchased
- Send you our monthly newsletter
- Send occasional marketing emails
Who has access to your information?
Your information is available to AdventureMed marketing and sales staff for the purpose of email communications and course registration management. We will not not sell or rent your information to third parties. We will not share your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

The first two cookies contain information about the cart as a whole and helps WooCommerce know when the cart data changes. The final cookie (wp_woocommerce_session) contains a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer. No personal information is stored within these cookies.
